What is Mister Green Juice Program?

 

It is designed to clean your body and help you lose weight in a healthy manner. The goal is to get rid of harmful toxins in your body in your digestive tract and to burn some stored fat cells.., while learning to eat smaller portions. No pills, insane workouts or magic tricks. You can join our Facebook group so you can share your improvements and have group support.

Our Juices are Fresh and natural no chemicals, sugars or caffeine added to our juice. Nothing that will endanger your health or body.

 

 

Juicing Responsibly

 

  • Refrigerate juice at all times

  • Make sure the lid is tightly affixed at all times there is the danger that juice left open will become the target for bacteria.

  • Our juices contain contains fruits and veggies that have Vitamin C, an antioxidant, which gives a longer life to the juices.

  • Refrigerate it within 45 minutes of purchase if is not frozen

  • Try  not to expose the container to heat or leave it in a hot car

  • Drink your juice within 10 days of receiving it. Or even better 7 days

Pre-Detox

 

Cleansing and Detox is powerful! In order to get the most out of our detox we recommend starting a pre-cleanse 3-5 days prior to your actual cleanse. Here are some guidelines to follow:

 

 

 

3-5 Days Prior

Completely eliminate alcohol, nicotine, recreational drugs, processed foods, white flour and sugar, and all meat and dairy products.

 

Detox Days

Master Detox consists in drinking our green and red juices 5 daily.

  Steps for Detoxing:

 - Consume 5 juices each day every 2 1/2 hours.

 

Example for 1 day:

9am Green Juice

11:30am Green Juice

2pm Red Juice

4:30pm Green Juice

7pm Green Juice

 

 

In the juice fasting we prefer that you abstain from Food, We highly recommend that you take Lemon tea water in the morning before drinking your juice you must take a lot of water usually half of what you weight in ounces.

 

Example: if you weigh 300 pounds you should be taking 150oz of water which is about 9 bottles of 16 oz. at day.

 

If you feel that you need to eat you can eat only fresh fruits and vegetables we recommend taking: Pineapple, Green Apple, papaya, Cucumbers, and Sweet Mango. (no more than 1 portion of each per day)

 

  • Please weigh at the beg and at the end of the 3 days if you will continue in our program

  • We also recommend to take pictures of yourself beg and end of the Detox

  • Also we recommend light exercise this means walking, yoga or stretching daily or any workout that your body allows you to do

 

 

After Detox

  • After the 3rd day take your juice in the morning and evening before each meal and you can also replace one meal for juice if you like to.

  • After detox days start eating light meals, vegetables and fruits with your fluids. Avoid starchy vegetables like potato and corn.

  • If your aim is not only to detox but also to lose weight is highly recommended walking 30 minutes per day.

  • Juice will fill you up so reduce food portions

  • Continue to drink a lot of water

  •  Weigh as soon as you finish your juice (In the morning fasting). Or we will weight you when you come for refill

 

 


Will you have diarrhea or an irritable bowel?

 

No. On the contrary, you will be eliminating full and bulky stools, not loose and watery. You should not have an irritable bowel.
 

 

 


Will you have an uncontrollable urge? Will you have cramps?
 

No. You will only have your normal or usual urge to move your bowels. This will prompt you to eliminate your stools. Some people report a lot of peeing.
 

 

 

What if your bowels do not move?


This usually happens when:
1. The person is dehydrated. So drink plenty of water when you’re going through the program.
2. The person does not follow the program correctly. So be sure that you are doing it right.
3. The person is under a lot of stress.  Let go and relax.

 



HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU DO THIS PROGRAM AND WHAT DO YOU DO AFTER?

 

You want to do the detox for 3 -5 days depending on your physical condition after that you can take the juice as long as you like * Drinking our green juice every day is going to give you far more benefits than a sporadic three-day cleanse will* If you are strong on losing more weight, we suggest that you continue the program over several weeks until weight loss is accomplish. A 3-5 day detox is highly recommended at least four to five times a year.  Because of our environment and nutrition, our bodies need constant cleansing. When the seasons change is a good reminder to do a Cleanse.
 

 


Feeling Worse Before You Feel Better

 

When you first start a cleanse/detox program, especially with juicing, your body finally has a chance to get rid of some of the toxins it has been holding onto for years or decades. In addition, you probably stopped getting your daily "fix" such as coffee, tea, sweets or chocolate. So a variety of symptoms might occur. You may experience headaches or migraines, for example. Some people feel like they have a cold or the flu. You may feel weak and exhausted. This happens when your new healthier body discards the stored up toxins like caffeine or theobromine from your tissues and dumps them in your bloodstream for disposal. Until now, your immune system and elimination systems couldn’t keep up with the toxic intake you had daily from cooked food. When you consumed more toxins than you could eliminate, the rest got stored in your body, usually surrounded by fat cells to protect the body (one of the reasons some people get overweight). Now that your toxic intake is LESS than your body can eliminate, it can start eliminating those old stored-up toxins. This leads to better health as well as weight loss

When you have these symptoms, do not give up. Your body is going through a healing and cleansing process, which on average can take from one week to maybe 3 or 4 weeks, depending on the toxicity level in your body. Take this time to rest, and look forward to improved health and energy health ahead. The more cooked foods you eat, the slower you will detoxify
